Many self conscious people always think about themselves in a negative light and exercise can completely turn that around.
Dressing well will simply make you look better and make you feel more confident around others. If you are producing yourself to the world in your ideal way then your confidence will soar. Also when you look dressed well it is amazing how other's attitudes will change around you. Dress confidently, look confident and the rest will come naturally. Make sure to only ever wear clothing that you feel comfortable in as you may feel self consciousness creeping back in.
